Negotiation & Due Diligence

We manage the interview process, confirming all appointments with both parties. We ensure clarity of information throughout the negotiation process and manage expectations to ensure that when an offer is made, it is accepted.

We conduct thorough due diligence on the chosen candidate - detailed reference reports, qualification checks, and CV verification. The most important predictor of future success is success in previous roles, so we spend as much time talking to others about successful candidates as to the candidates themselves.

Candidate Success

Our job does not end when the offer is signed. We follow up with both you and the candidate to make sure the placement is working out - that expectations are being met on both sides and the new hire is settling in and performing.

If things are not working out for any reason within the first 3 months, we replace the candidate free of charge. We are invested in the long-term success of every placement, not just the transaction.

A Note on Psychometric Testing Fees

Testing fees are paid upfront and separate from the recruitment fee. This is optional but strongly recommended. Testing fees will be advised after consultation but are typically in the range of a few hundred dollars per shortlisted candidate.
